Customized Re-Disputes
If the information that we have challenged is verified by the credit bureaus we do not simply send the same dispute letter again. We create a suitable and customized response designed to maximize the likelihood of success.
Procedure Demand Letters
If our attempts to remove a reporting error meet with repeated resistance you might want us pursue the issue directly with the creditor. If so, we will have the credit bureau provide details about their verification procedure including the name, address, and phone number of the creditor contact so we can target our ongoing efforts accurately.
Statute of Limitation Research
Prior to disputing a collection account we will research the statute of limitation for the debt. The status of the statute of limitation will determine our options, allow us to pursue the best course of action, and avoid triggering new and unwanted collection activity.

If you receive a collection letter while you are a member of our credit repair service we ask that you send it to us immediately. We will research the debt, discuss it with you, and if appropriate send a debt validation letter to the collector demanding proof of the debt and their right to collect.

Our Refund Policy

Build Perfect Credit offers a 100% refund to our clients if we do not improve our clients' credit. In other words, if we do not remove at least 25% of negative items from the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion), we offer a full refund.

The Client must have contracted Build Perfect Credit to consult on four (4) or more negative items in order to qualify for the Refund Policy.

The Client must not have used a "Credit Repair Company" in the past two (2) years.

The Client may not have attempted to repair credit on his/her own in the past two (2) years.

The Client agrees that collections and charge-offs with a balance are not included in the refund policy.

"The Client" must mail an updated credit report from each of the three major credit reporting agencies: TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian, every forty-five (45) days for the Refund Policy to apply.

The Refund Policy only applies to negative items Build Perfect Credit, Inc. is contracted to consult on by "the Client" at the time of agreement.

If any item(s) removed by Build Perfect Credit, Inc. reappear within sixty (60) days of removal, Build Perfect Credit, Inc. will remove items at no extra charge.
